Hot water issues were not resolved promptly!!! The wifi connectivity was unreliable throughout the hotel, which made it quite frustrating!!! The fitness center was closed for renovations without sufficient notice, and the room could use more toiletries!!!

We had such a relaxing stay, especially enjoying the pool area and the beautiful beach access. The vibe was just right for unwinding, and the food options were impressive. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our trip at all! 😄

Mediocre vibes, nice staff
Had a decent stay for 4 nights. The beach was just steps away, but the sand isn’t the best. Staff were super nice and it had a nice bar/lounge area. The food was a miss though, kinda bland and not what you'd expect in Mexico. Plus, our room had a funky bathroom door that wouldn't properly close.

The ocean view from my room was amazing, it felt like paradise every morning! The beach was just a few steps away, and I spent endless hours sunbathing and enjoying the live entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after soaking up the sun. 🌊🏖️

I stayed in a great room with a lovely garden view and enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps away from delicious local eats, like Tacos Candora, and only about 500 meters from the beautiful Playa de Oro, perfect for a relaxing stroll along the beach.

krystal offers a peaceful atmosphere with great beachfront dining options. the outdoor pool and fitness center were nice touches, making it a relaxing stay. it's also close to a new vacation club tower that looks interesting. overall, it was a pleasant place to unwind!
